How to prepare/cook your food using Kangen Water.
(1) Vegetable & Fruits -
Soak all your vegetables and fruits in pH11.5 Strong Alkaline Water for 10 minutes to remove pesticides. The abundance of anti-oxidant in pH11.5 makes it crunchier and fresher too. You can rinse it with pH9.5 Kangen Water after that.
(2) Meat -
Soak all your meat in pH2.5 Strong Acidic Water for 45 seconds to 1 minute to kill the germs. After that soak them in pH9.5 Kangen Water for 15-20 minutes. The meat will be more tender and it will enhance the natural flavor of the meat too.
(3) Soup and Stews , Coffee and Drinks -Cook all with pH9.5 Kangen Water. You might want to cut down the favoring and seasonings.
(4) Pasta -
Cook them in pH6 Beauty Water will make it more "Al-Dante" (springy).
Wash all you utensils with pH2.5 - it kills all the germs!!!!!!
