Ingredient List:
1 1/2 Cups of Nutella (plus extra for frosting, optional)
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Plain All-Purpose Flour
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 35-40 minutes
SERVES 6 - 8
1) In a large mixing bowl, add the Nutella and eggs. Beat with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes or until mixture is combined and slightly increased in volume.
2) Fold in flour until just combined. Pour into a lightly greased cake tin lined with some non-stick baking paper.
3) Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees C / 350 degrees F. Cool in tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
4) Once cooled, frost the cake with some more Nutella. Serve immediately.
